Shipping Policy

At The Hormonal Pharmacist LLC, we’re committed to delivering your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping details below to know what to expect after placing your order.

Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 2–5 business days.

• Once your order is processed, it is sent to our fulfillment partner (Printify) for production. Production time varies depending on the product and typically takes 2–7 business days.

Printify uses USPS Priority Mail and UPS. 

• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Times

• United States: 3–7 business days.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, such as carrier delays or customs processing for international shipments.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are $6.00 for orders to $49.  $10.00 for orders $50 to $100.  FREE shipping for orders over $100.00

Order Tracking

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

• You can use the tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order is significantly delayed or hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe:

• Please contact us at Melinda@hormonalpharmacist.com with your order details, and we’ll assist in resolving the issue.

Address Changes or Delivery Issues

• If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please email us at Melinda@hormonalpharmacist.comwithin 24 hours of your purchase.

• We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
